Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of error. To exchange an item, please specify the new size on the return and exchange form that was send with your order and follow the instructions above. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a new style, we suggest that you return it for refund or store credit and purchase the new item separately.
