1. How much will I be charged?

Orders will be charged shipping rates as detailed.

* Orders over $150 will not be charged the Shipping fee. Offer valid for orders shipped to US. Excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items, as noted in the item information. Offer applies to merchandise only; taxes, gift cards, and shipping do not count toward the free shipping total. Expedited shipping is flat $39.00. (It takes only 3-5 days)

2. How long will my delivery take?

Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service. You should expect to receive the order within 7 to 14 business days from the time we ship out from mimiroom's warehouse. Please note that 5 to 14 business days is only an estimate; actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation. If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process the order. In very rare cases packages may be held at the customs office for a while, in these cases the delivery time will also be longer.

4. Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address?

Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO) box addresses. For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

5. What happens to my order if it can't be delivered by the courier service and is returned to Mimiroom.com?

All shipments returned to Mimiroom.com are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. When we receive undeliverable shipments, Mimiroom will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur reshipment fees that are the same as mimiroom.com's regular shipping fees . Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.
When do we ship orders?
Most orders will ship out within 24-72 hours* of ordering from Korea (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days.

'Pending Shipment' Status
If your order status is 'Pending Shipment', it means your order contains a consignment product. Since consignment products need to be pre-ordered, they take approximately 7 to 10 business days to ship. Consignment products take 7 to 10 business days to ship. One order is entitled to one shipment unless notified. This means, if you purchase non-consignment and consignment products in a single order, we will ship your order once all the products are ready to be shipped.
Tracking your order
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours after shipment. Login to your account to track your order. Then, wait for about 5-14 days and utilize your local post's Track & Confirm service together with your tracking number for detailed results of shipment. Please use the information we provide you to track the status of your shipment.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.

Custom, Duties & Tax
1. Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?

mimiroom.com will not charge you any sales, customs or duty tax on top of your order. All purchases originating from the U.S. are tax free. However, you might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package. Historical data shows that the majority of our customers do not need to pay customs taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

2. What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and /or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Mimiroom is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated items.

3. Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
